Something to ponder upon...

Why do we take actions only when bad things have happened to us/country? ( accidents, murder etc etc ) If anyone of you ever noticed, it takes few lives before eyes are widely open and oh oh, all of a sudden 'we should do this, we should implement this, they would survived if only..ya da ya da ya da..' lots and lots of IF and SHOULD.. let me just story morry a lil bit what i mean here..

First: Drug Bust Sungai Buloh

During this raid..two detectives were gunned down..as a result; lives of both families are now torn into pieces..What next? here:

Quote:

"More funds for bullet-proof vests

Everything Rojak ABC

So, here are my questions...anyone, help to answer...cause these things keep wandering in my- not-enough-space-brain...crazy? keh keh keh..

1. Why famous chefs are mostly male??

2. Where can i dive heavenly in Malaysia??

3. Do men go for pretty or cute ladies??

4. Why Air Asia has this kind of rule where it says that if the flight is overbooked, they have the right to kick us to the next flight? (That happened to me anyway..but i argued for my rights, ended up them giving me MYR50 flight voucher-- still, not enough to compensate that i lose my time, taxi driver left me, had to take a bus, stupid bus driver who can't seem to understand where i wanna stop. He was unbelievably rude which i fought him back by saying 'aiyo, saya suda ckp apa tadi, simpang sana bukan simpang sini, lu sudah bawak bas byk tahun, takkan tak tau lagi mana simpang Temudok??' ..god, what a day that was!) -- koyak rabak my brain..

5. Why are women so conscious in becoming thin? Don't we have enough anorexic issues??

6. How to ask a guy for a date without looking like a desperado?

7. Does age matter in relationships?

Quick, i would like to know what do you have to say about all the questions..like, rite now!

Lowest fare, which one?

People, help me out here!...could anyone give or guide me as to which airline offers the lowest fare to London from Kuala Lumpur? My budget is around RM2500 to RM 3300..I plan on going next coming January so I would like to compare several options that could at least cut bits of my cost..

Oh, multiple options are encouraged…if you have the link, the better..Thanks!!

Wedding Gowns!! Here's Where You Can Get Them

I’ve watched and read various mags on wedding gowns.. no no, don’t get me wrong, wedding bells are still far ahead for me ..I just love fashions and wedding gowns are one of them.. let’s share!

Sources from tv shows, I watched E! on channel 712 Astro, where you can watch 40 Weddings and a Funeral (it’s weird I know) but you get to see various designs and collections of amazingggg wedding gowns. You could also watch 20 Do’s and Don’ts of Wedding; useful enough..or for Malaysians, there used to be a show “Ratu Sehari" (is it?) hosted by the beautiful Maya Karin. Im not quite sure whether they still air it or not.(pardon me)..

My personal favourite designer would be Vera Wang ..no,I cant afford them but we could always improvise couldn’t we..get the design, buy the materials ourselves and head to your own tailor..much cheaper, less cost..

Here is one link I think might help ladies out there find what suits for them, not only suitable gowns, but also the ones that everyone can afford to buy/rent…by all means all..come on ladies, what are your wedding fantasies?? (guys, you can join in too hehehe)

This year's 2007 photos of my Raya day celebration..and i got angpau, yeay! However..i could not wear my Raya dress because....my tailor was not able to finish it on time! (imagine that)..sob sob...i spent hundreds of Ringgit buying nice materials of 'kain' for my family but ended up wearing not one of them..sigh..lucky enough during my last minute shopping, i bought myself a ready made 'kurung' which you can see in the photo...the price? A good deal of RM40..cheap isn't it? Got several more for my mum as well..

(cak! he likes it ..hehe)

As we celebrate this harmonious festival, let us not forget the unfortunate ones..nor should we forget those who are no longer with us in this world. God bless us all, Selamat Hari Raya, Maaf Zahir dan Batin.

Steamboat Farewell

On 6th of November, Farewell dinner was held particularly for Astri, a good buddy of mine who had gone back to Jakarta for good. It was sort of a last minute plan cause we did not book any place we would like to have our dinner at. Our initial plan was to have it at Flaming Steamboat next to Sunway Pyramid, but it was fully booked. We got panic (sort of) hehehe..and googled everywhere we could find steamboat restaurants..after numerous calls and failed to get any bookings..luck finally approached; Johnny's Steamboat, Berjaya Times Square. And so, we booked for 20 pax...

( We were the 2nd group to arrive, and this was how it looked like)

Oh, the price? 4 pax RM59.90..yea i know, tell me about it..but in actual fact, 5 to 6 persons could squeeze in. And here were the arrival of the rest

In between....

(oh btw, astri is the one in white far left)

Ending....

( came along 6 more instead of only 20; and mixture of our Malaysian and Indonesian friends)

And the price

(Swipe the card baby!..thanks Astri hehehe)

We ate well..good food..but it was a moment of sadness too tho..well, have a good future ahead and forget us not okai astri..(",)
