Blessing New Year 2008

This shall be my last post for the year 2007. Since i started to blog recent October, i've enjoyed myself with new friends and good old friends who are always there for me. I'm going to spare my 'Thank you' post for tomorrow, January the 1st, 2008, for i have lots of people i'd like to thank and express my gratitude to. Kereta Habis Bateri daaaa..

Exam, my final battle will be on the 3rd, but tak insaf2 lagi...baru baca 2 page dah ngantuk..apa kes? and today, my ex-housemates came by from Penang and Damansara to stay over, memang selamat lah nak study kan..the less paper i have, the lazier i became..guys, wish me luck..i may want to borrow some of your lucks for my day of examination, i promise, i'll return them back..

Kereta habis bateri apa kes pulak? Let me share with you what happened a little while ago. My girlfriends and i went lepakking at Oldtown. Habis buat dosa kering and kosongkan gelas serta pinggan mangkuk, we got off from our seats...sekali tu...

Felicia: Eh, kenapa lampu kereta mcm tak padam ek?
Hanim: Alamak, lampu lupa pulak nak tutup!

Tit tot, tit tot..alarm kereta pun sama sey je takleh nak bukak dah...last2 bukak cara manual je..obviously, api bateri dah nyala masa nak start engine..and so i suggested carik jumper..(padahal boleh tolak je, pasal bwk keta manual...now you see how important it is to know about cars when it comes to emergency). anyway... A friend passed by, Kanna. We used to work at the same place before. Lucky we call ourselves for he had 3 more of his friends, handy!

Story cut short, (pjg sebenarnya kekecohan tadi tu, tapi malas nak tulis..byk sgt skrip) upacara menolak kereta began..cret! cret! cret! Kaboom! ..takde lah...ayat skema je tu...takde lah sampai meletup..Engine start baik punya cilok...we thanked Kanna and his friends and arrived home safely..We lived happily ever after...

Moral of the story: Jalan kaki je lain kali..

Let's see if i managed in achieving all my whatever wishes and dreams for 2007..

Financial
:: Hmm..this is tuff..i get my sources here and there (legally of course) but owning my own salary, not yet.. = (so-so)

RESOLUTION 2008:: Get a job with giant cash!

Educational
:: Improved my GPA and CGPA for the past semesters but recent semester, GPA down by 0.2...ergh, that's a lot for those who understand how the system works. = (a-okay)
:: Finishing my Degree soon, so soon which is next week the 3rd..i'm already marketing myself for jobs = (good)

RESOLUTION 2008:: Going to slow down on my studies, but will take and finish Masters before i reach 27 and a half

Health
:: Im still my height 152cm, as well as the weight..darn difficult to gain weight!..why?? i eat enormously a lot compare to the rest of my friends..they envy me, i envy them back..= (did not achieve desired weight = bad )

RESOLUTION 2008:: Eat ..Eat.. Eat..

Relationship
:: No one has proposed yet..= (it's okay)

Colmar Tropicale and My Story

Bukit Tinggi, or Colmar Tropicale it is known..this is my second visit there, first was 3 years ago, 2004 when my late brought me there for a date..place has changed a bit, not to what i saw the last time i came..more buildings were built and more activities available for visitors..

We took off from Cyber around 10 am..had breakfast and arrived Colmar near to 1230..winding, zig-zag, dizzying-- is how i would i describe the road condition..pening kepala jadinya...

Dive baby, dive!

Our day two in Langkawi, we decided to go to Payar Island, one of the heaven spots for sea lovers..started our journey at 10am by Bahagia express. An hour trip, we arrived and anxiously waited to get our feet into the clear sea water..after a slight briefing, got the snorkeling equipment, and keceburrrrr!! my brother and i head straight to snorkel..it was amazing, really..

Roughly an hour and a half, my bro and i lari cepat2 happy nak pergi diving!..my first time experience, i wouldnt want to miss..seronok seronok! It cost us quite a 'dime' cause we had to pay another extra RM100 each for diving and RM70 for water-proof-disposable-marine camera..

yeay!! Dive dive..i can never forget this great experience..although to be honest, initially i was nervous and got sort of cold feet..pulak we were the first to go down..after explaining bout safety details, we wore the gear and each and everyone of us gets one experienced diver as a buddy..

Hehehe...look at my face...

After diving about 3 minutes..i sort of panicked..it was so new to me, breathing thru mouth and i actually thought i will not make it..so i signaled my buddy to swim back to surface. (we were briefed how to give signals should we face any problems)..at that point of time, i have no whatsoever idea how to tell him what my trouble was..all i needed was few more minutes to adapt to the new thing..

Now i'm a pro!! chewah..you should try it..worth every penny..

After a minute on surface, i reassured myself i'll be okay..my buddy assisted me well too..and so we dived back into the depth of the beautiful sea..(",) this time, i got grip of myself and before long, i was mesmerized by God's creation under sea water..i can't describe to you how beautiful it was..sgt sgt fantastic..

Despite sea water being not so clear, it was still a good one..i wished i could have dived more..and the chief diver complimented me 'you're good!'..u know how Felicia likes comments..(ignore ignore her 'keperasanan!..) always self-proclaimed about everything ho? hehehe..

Tomorrow, i'm bringing my family to KL to shop more..see if there is anything interesting..thus, i may or may not update, depends on time and energy left okai...i hoped you've enjoyed reading as much as i did going thru the experience..anyone interested to go for diving license now??

I'm back from my trip..

I went to Langkawi the last 2 days..a short trip but it was okay considering that was my 4th time going there..i had fun with my mom and brother..we happily shopped, went sight seeing, eating, swimming, snorkelling and diving..i'll go into more detail on that later, so dont get ur cute butt off the chair yet okie dokie..

Our hotel, Bella Vista, i'd give 4/5 for its interior, castle look alike..but service wise, hmm lots more to be improved..2/5..it was ay-okay, so - so only..

Upon arrival, we went round the island and stopped at the Loaf, Tun Mahathir's bread shop..the place was so not strategic we had difficult time looking for it..it was due to poor signage and distance from town itself..drinks range from RM6 and above, and we bought lah the bread to taste how good the taste could be..Cheese bun, RM6..result? thumbs down..not quite to my expectation..i dont know bout u guys if u've been there..ok tak?

We went back to Kuah near to evening and had dinner..thereafter, we stopped at al-ikhsan and adidas shop..got myself a pair of Ipanema slippers..unique..will show it later..after that..bought food..drinks..family yg selalu lapar..hehe..

Girls Aloud

Cerita outing aku ni, i can say dah outdated sikit cause this was more than a week ago, but like i said before, i had to wait for Anne to email all the pics to me before i am able to post the story..anyway, let's cut the story short..

We, consist of me, Anne, Nieza, Pizah, and Ina promised to meet up at KL Sentral 11.30am on Dec 15th. The reason was to get together before all 4 of them fly back to Sarawak. Anne & Pizah was sort of exchange students from Unimas doing their Masters here in UKM..haih, cerita meyimpang...

So, what were the plans like? heheh, not much..we went shopping at Sg Wang..pusing2 jalan2 cari pasal..Then off to Pavilion..tunjuk muka je kat situ..we didnt shop..too expensive for our dear thin purses..we spent most of time, cherishing the last moment by chit chatting..taking photographs..(i havent gotten all the pics as yet, Anne busy)

My beloved readers, i wont be around for the next 3, 4 days..maybe 5 the most..or even 6..(which one?? hehehe) I'm going off for a holiday with my family..so yippikiyey! They're coming down to KL today and i'm thrilled..in less than 5 hours, they'll be here..will update on my trip..as well as my outing with fellow girlfriends (which was last weekend but..apparently work and tight schedule had prohibited Anne from sending all the photos to me on time..)

My Traditional Costume

This our Iban traditional costume..guess how old was i during this time? Freakin' 17...ouch, that bushy eyebrows..kui kui kui...i was preparing for a 'Kumang' Competition during Gawai Antu at our long house in 2000..

Ok, back to the costume. If you're not one, you will not know how crazily expensive this can cost you. That thing stuck on my head (pic), we called 'sugu' or comb in English, cost my dad RM2000!..believe it..insanely 2k..

The joint-coins wrapped around my waist, is even more expensive..depending on the workmanship, the more detailed,the more original the coins, the more you have to pay for it.mine was i think RM1k +-..and it was 'my goodness so heavy'..

To join the competition, one is forbidden to wear gold..be it bracelet..anklet..whatever lah..it has got to be either tin or silver..then the accessories must be a whole set..so that is why you can see im covered with all the required accessories..wearing this costume was also not that easy..it took me more than 2 hours before i finally settled with everything..damn..

Height is another criteria in choosing the winner. Pleasant look..graceful..would most likely to win..(",) Well, DID I? sabarlah..karang aku bgtau result..

ok, I won the throne!...nyek, percaya la sgt.. i got 2nd place..hahaha..lose by 1 mark..boleh tahan jgk lah aku ni retinya ek? (tak boleh blah!) hahaha..well, my aunt ( who is apparently younger than me by 2 years) got very frustrated..she even said i was not suppose to win, that she was the one who should have at least gotten number 2..talk about aunt and niece..yikes..nevertheless, I'm proud to be who i am..who cares about what she thinks..plus, younger? I'll pass..heheh

Peri Peri 'Chick'

One Friday night my babe and i decided to eat out, so we went to Nando's. I ordered an extra hot Peri Peri chicken and ice lemon tea. Two bites down i realised my drink had finished and this was like the hottest chicken ever. My girlfriend laughed as i suffered, quite content with her lemon-and-herb order.

When we got home, things got a little heated up between us. We got it going with some foreplay and my girlfriend was moaning like never before. But the moaning soon turned into screaming "It's hot! It's Peri-Peri!!" she wailed. I got a whack on the head for not washing my hands and rinsing my mouth properly after our meal..Talk about extra hot experiences!

MU vs Liverpool..

Started off with this super delicious yummy butter and kaya thick toast..with boiled eggs and a cup of hot tea..manyak sedap oooo ( at oldtown, ipoh coffee)...me and my friend, ijam did not plan to stay long actually..it just so happened that we got there on time to get two seats and decided to stay for the football match between MU and Liverpool..thereafter..the place starts getting crowded...

That lady in front of me,Liana is a Man U fan..she always had her YM status into football stuff, so my guess was. she wont miss this for the world..(btw, Arsenal won..nyek!) hehehe

The game begins...sitting outside is the best spot..the management provides big screen tv everyone can enjoy..a lot of people came to watch the match, forcing the manager to 'turun padang' serving customers..hehehe..(thumbs up for that)...

Liverpool had few chances to score, but they missed it all the time..anyone who watched the show, would have noticed their defense was poor..they gave way for MU to score...given Liverpool had several free kick, still tak boleh score, even a single goal, sgt memalukan...frustrating game..that tall guy, what's his name again..Crouch? man, he's tall..

Well, at least i get to see my handsome Christian Ronaldo tonite, tho he did not score...Tevez with the 'cekak rambut' pulak yang score...nevermind..he's cool...hey, would u guys agree with me, their jerseys are worth money spending for?..i would!

Pavilion on 'Fire'..

I went outing yesterday with my fellow school friends. i will not touch into detail about us yet, cause i dont have our pics at the moment..they are with Anne...so...will update on our fun meeting in my next blog...

as for now, i would like to share with u the happening event outside Pavilion yesterday night, 15th Dec 2007. i am not quite sure what the event was all about or what was it for, but it was sure interesting..'masquerade' were everywhere..intriguing i must say..

that guy with his back facing me..was very ..'disturbing'..he approached kids and showed his wild face and screamed like some jungle people..i didnt think it was approriate tho..since he was holding that stick of fire..then again, it was just a show..

they actually had kerosene into their mouth to light the fire like that (see pic). and we can feel the heat over few meters away..they must have practiced a lot, cause it was not easy to do..salute to the men!

Hari ini aku akan mengarang blog dlm bahasa melayu..dan aku nak bercerita pasal kwn aku sorang ni..nama dia Gan..atau kalau nak lebih mesra, panggil abg Gan..(teragak agak sebenarnya nak tulis ni, meluat...hahaha)..ok ok..knp bercerita pasal abg Gan? byk sebab...kami ni dulu, tak pernah rapat pon..nama je satu kelas satu kampus..tegur pun mungkin pasal terserempak je kot..tak pun kalau abg gan nak confirmkan pasal esemen..bukanlah nak kata skrg ni dah rapat..tapi elok lagi lah dari dulu..dah boleh dating2..kutuk mengutuk..ckp lah apa pon, dia jenis tak kisah punya..telan semua pahit manis..kecuali ubat batuk..(ha, yg tu aku tau rahsia dia)..

start baik dgn abg gan dua sem lepas..pasal byk sama kelas dgn dia..tapi dia masih dgn kwn dia, aku dgn kwn2 aku..takde gaduh2..baik2 belaka..tapi yg kdg tak tahan tu, dia ni sengal..satu hari kalau tak ngutuk aku, tak sah..ade je la idea dia..makin bernas dari hari ke hari aku tengok..dia boleh je kutuk aku ni kecik lah, makan byk lah, bisinglah padahal kalau aku senyap, dia risau pulak sebab dia ingat aku buang tabiat..kalau aku ckp je bhs srwk, mula la dia mengajuk sekali..pastu kutuk aku, 'wei, ckp la bahasa ibunda'...tapi perkataan luku pun dia tak tau apa maksudnya..nasib baik la aku ni pon hati kental batu..tapi jgn korang tak tau, abg gan ni kalau merajuk..mak ai..siap kena beli chocolate kit kat untuk dia..muka dah la memang lonjong..makin merajuk, makin lonjong..salu je perasan hensem and tough..

sejak dia kenal dgn aku, kehidupan dia makin elok kot..(hahaha..bara abg gan kalau baca pas ni)..result makin bagus..aku pun terus menjadi kamus bergerak tak official dia..ha, part ni aku kena puji dia, pasal dia jenis tak malu bertanya..kalau dia tak paham, dia tanya..takdelah mcm sesetgh org, berlagak pandai..betul tak? baik tu, ala kadar la..te he he, tak tak..dia memang baik, kalau tak aku pon tak mo kwn dgn dia..happy go lucky lah pendek kata...

I'm married..

...in my dreams!...jeezz..the image of him is so clear i can actually sketch him...he's tall, fair skinned, long haired nicely tied up, and what caught me so much about him was..his sense of care..he spoke very gently...and very...irresistable..darn it!..hahahaha..i dont remember how i actually got married to this guy but i seemed to be scared of him..mcm gangsta paradise pun ada jgk...perhaps it was because of his size..

one particular part of the dream was, he brought me to shop for clothes..and there he chose this matching black and white checkers design skirt and off the shoulder lace top, with matching boots for me!.. jeeezzzz..! it was a sexy top..really...but i kinda like the boots more..we keep changing places..u know lah dreams kan.. one minute i was at home..the next i was on the road with him...we got separated during that shopping time...from stores, i jumped to residential area, alone...

a dog inside someone's compound woke me up from my dream..oh, that dog was in my dream..until now, i can still clearly see his face in my mind...eee, takut!...

i love this one..im currently using motorola v3x..only that motorola bateri cepat kong..still..

i'm eyeing particularly on this N95..i dont know why, i just love the design and the thought of having one is great..anyone can get me this for coming christmas? puhlease??

i browsed this earlier on cause my brother texted me asking how much is this priced. and i kinda like the colour and design. almost similar to N95, dont u think? only that the shape isnt too sharp and slightly smaller...

Shanghai Kiss

Can't resist Shanghai Kiss..simply irresistible. The storyline is humorous, romantic, silly, cute and thought provoking at many different levels. Played by Ken Leung as Liam (he also starred in X-Men and Rush Hour) he is a young Asian-American trying to seek his identity, met a sparkling art teenager, Adelaide played by Hayden Panettiere ( Heroes ).

Ken gave a brilliant and natural performance as the witty, sensitive, and endearing young man. Hayden is simply the light of the screen. Her eyes sparkle, and when she smiles, melts everyone's heart. She was never sad in this movie, so cheerful..except when Ken broke her heart..(opps..too much detail) As the story continues, Ken inherits a house in Shanghai, and meets a woman played by the lovely Kelly Hu (The Scorpion King). Ken is also in the midst of troubled relationship with his dad and his nerdy-but-never-not-straight-forward friend who cant seem to find a girl..that character was played superbly by Joel David Moore. I can barely do justice in describing how interesting the storyline is and how clever and humorous the dialogs are. But i know 1 thing for sure, you're gonna love this movie that you'll watch it over and over and over again...crazily like i did..

I've got a submission on the 12th..and im still not focusing...aiyark..my mid term test? sucks..i cant even tell which answer is for which question..damn..but, whatever...my final sem, final paper..insyaAllah..hopefully everything goes well and smooth cause i cant bear paying anymore fees to MMU..no money no talk lah..3 more weeks to go and i'll be good. 3rd Jan 2008 is the date of my paper..yee haaa!!!.....ok, as for now..kita layan movie dulu...!..

and lotsa lotsa goodiesss...nyek..santa's getting bald..santa must have grown white hair too soon than he is supposed to, with all the demands and can't even get a flying lamborghini to send all the gifts..kids, u need to stop asking gifts from Santa..he wants to retire too..BUT nayyyyy...kidding! i dont want Santa to stop giving gifts.. i love singing Christmas songs..especially the one with Rudolph in it..

Anyway, i know Christmas is still 2 weeks + - from now..still i would like to wish all fellow friends ( Jannet, Adeline, Sophia, Kate, Joeween Tan (whom i adore so much!) , skool frens Anne, Florence, Victoria, Adam, Victor, Greg, Mac, Chai, gosh, basically all..and everyone celebrating Christmas; have a joyous Christmas and spectacular new year..(those i didnt mention, my apologies!)

Goes out as well to my cousins - Emilda, Dyron, Aden, Sheryl Lona, Alvina, Gucci, Jeff, Andin, Diaz, Wat, Apple, Dino, Etherianna, Alvin boy, Cynthia and Crystal Kong, uncles and aunts for yet another merry Christmas..i missed those days when we were kids, kan...

Pagi tadik menyadi ku nganjung mms ngagai aku. gambar anak laki ya, anak buah ke te amat di sayau aku. lamak dah aku mintak ari menyadi aku nyak, tang anak ya agik cuti enggau aki ini ya..gaga mat ati aku nerimak mms nya, alu mintak anjung 2 iti agik..gmbr ya buk baka tun jugah & gmbr telanjai baru udah mandik..hehehe..nyau mansang besai..

lengau ndar ati aku..lamak gik baru ulih temu baru, nyak pan gerenti tahun baru ila, laban aku nadai cuti..amat neh, ndak ingat ka madah berapa umur anak buah aku nyak..diatu udah setahun 8 bulan..landik mat berjako..dah nemu ngagau aku auntie...;) tang nti udah enggau kitai, manchal nda nemu dunia..lelak amat nyaga..

tu meh terubah jako iban aku sari tu..taja pan ndak berapa pass, ulih me tok neh..keh keh keh..ila nranslate iya..nti bisi ari...
