Here's the story. Some of my friends namely Anne, Nieza, Fieza would know my frequency coming up and down Kuching literally almost every other weekend. Reasons for coming down are none other than to shop, or just to hang out catching up on updates with fella friends.

NiezaOk balik semula ke topik. They too would know, salah satu tempat yang aku tak pernah missed pergi, is Watson or Guardian stores. Selagi tempat tu ada Watson/Guardian, selagi tu aku masok. I dont know what i like so much about these two stores.. mungkin sebab Sri Aman tiada?

Kalau korang nak tau, aku tensi Watson/Guardian takde kat tpt aku nih..PENCUCI MUKA ZA gold pon aku kena pesan dgn Cinta beli kat Kuching tiap kali dah aben. Those yang tak pernah dtg Sri Aman, the only place you can go is Everise dan Lian Yi.. Parkson apa semua memang takde. Nak cari Loreal susah, Revlon susah, cosmetics susah.. haih!

2 benda penting (antara banyak benda penting)when opening a business are a)whether there's a market for it and b)is there a good location for it?
wat if polah survey..tanya ngan penduduk sri aman (saiz sampel harus besar): 1. jenama brg bg setiap brg yg selalu dibeli dan harganya (price range pun jadila)
2. if they would like to have a new pharmacy/convenience store in sri aman
3. how much they are willing to pay for items such as A, B etc. (items yg selalu dijual d guardian/watson la) - then compare with cost+profit of each item yg u mauk jual.
i think u know better what to do la.tapi memang penting buat survey dolok before set-up anything. we always do recce and pre-survey before we start any project.

I did a small survey among teachers, friends; just randomly asked and i received positive responds. Market and location ya nak benar, not to mention price..since sri aman kecik, nang perlu carik la vacant lot..potential location dah ada, lain2 prospects lom. hai..big dream..but is a good one. why not instead of bukak watson or guardian u bukak like ur own pharmacy type shop. cos if not mistaken nk bukak kedai macm tu u kena ada pharmacist unless u sendiri mmg dah ada kelayakan (degree or etc). u dont have to prescribe ubat..but can boleh bukak kedai ala2 gitu
