I am in desperate need of ideas of what to do..
Ah, let's just chit chat for now, shall we?
In previous post, i did mention about my dream of buying
a house right? So now, i'd like for your say, what type
of a dream house do you go for? Do you go for
- Single storey Semi-D?
- Single storey terrace?
- Single storey bungalow?
- Double storey Semi-D?
- Double storey terrace?
- Double storey bungalow?
- Condominium?
- or a mansion??
If you ask me, i'd prefer getting a single story bungalow. Why?
Much easier to maintain. However, in terms of value wise,
double storey could be more of a value, no? If you ask what
my Cinta wants, double storey is his choice. Hmmm..
My uncle taught me one fine tip about buying a house
and i find it very useful. Some may overlook this small detail,
as i did before but not anymore..Would you believe me if i say,
the sun plays its own part too? yea, that sun.. how so?
Here, uncle told me
"Get a house that when the sun sets, it sets at the back side of your house. Why? Because when you want to relax/gardening at the front part of your home, the condition will not be as hot as if the sun sets directly towards the front door."

Ha, yang ni cantik kan? i like it simple. Just nice, enough untuk gardening, hias cantik-cantik, sesuai je aku rasa..What say you guys plak? Any other tips nak beli rumah you guys would like to share? Love getting them...

Kmk sik pilih gilak rumah p maok yang besar.. Cukup untuk menambah ahli family mun terlajak... Nway, mun nak milih rumah biarlah matahari ya nampak dari sebelah tepi maksudnya dari timur or barat... Rumah perlukan cahaya dan juga pengudaraan yang baik... Jadi lebih jimat n lebih selesa...
Aok, rumah simple jak paling bagus & bes. Senang jaga, affordable & kiut :)
Rmh yg kmk beli kecik jak. Tapi kmkx penah stay di rmh ya. Pakei invest jak. Bg kmk, mun nak beli rmh, belilah rmh yg sesuai ngan kemampuan kta asalkan selesa stay dlm rmh ya. Hehe..

aku suka gilak2 rumah kedak kat negara omputeh ko. ada garaj, ada chimney (that means ada fireplace. oh oh romantik), pasya xda pagar, ada driveway. design rmh pun lain2 wpun sebelah nyebelah. aku nang suka rmh sigek2 jak (banglo) so that space utk gardening, sunbathing, swimming & playground for my kids cukup. yerr..
one good tip nak meli rumah, mok diat feng shui nya juak. energy flow of the house usually affect the occupants so it's good to find one with positive energy all over.
Mun ktk ncarik tukang cat, tukang kayu, tukang simen, mcm2 tukang gik padah ngan kmk.. Kelak kmk carik dlm yellow pages ehek...

deng, ive always wanted just a simple house, so long as its landed. tp ya lah, kat kl, these landed houses are the most cekik darah ones, ada yg murah pun kat nilai which is not exactly the kind of place i'd want to live in. so last2 i settled for condo. but if u ask me any tips, dont rush. & jgn byk gilak tgk rumah coz ull end up confused and sik tauk which one to choose kelak.
& get a good address, even if u have to pay a bit much, at least, if u 1 day decide to sell, insya Allah, kurang2 dpt return capital. but jarang la. most of the time, ull get more that what u purchased.
