So, any of yous with plans? As soon as i read this info in Fadli's blog, in a matter of flash, i clicked to AA website..hmm terasa mau pergi ke Mulu..Take AA flight to Miri, then continue with MAS to Mulu airport..my second time going kalau betol jadi..

But, on second thought, perhaps Bali would be a great choice kan? It will be my second as well, if i choose to go to Bali..masyuk sey pergi Bali..hula hula..!

Oh well, hanya mampu merancang je for now..apa2 updates on it will have to wait lah ho..

Traveling and i can never be separated..i inherited the love for travel from dearest mom. And now, i've made plans to go for yet another relaxing holiday with my family coming school hols in June.

However im in dilemma, as to where i should go to? i surfed reliance site, www.tourworld.com.my (i've been using their service since forever) and found that, i have to choose 1 out of 3! Here are the countries i've enlisted..

First ::

Korea! 5D will cost RM2499 exclusive shopping budget.. boleh boleh..

Second ::

Egypt. erm, 10D 7N will cost RM6299 exclusive shopping spree budget..eheh. ok, baiklah..mungkin mampu..

Final Destination..

Goldcoast and Sydney Australia..8D 6N will cost RM5499...ergh, hmm...erghh...mungkin mungkin..

I read on borneopost today, my year will be a year of relaxing, but i'd have to learn to plan my budget and be thrifty on lots of things.. i guess this statement speaks of me a lot. I used to spend & spend my heart out, but im never broke though..betul ni, as deep as i like to shop, i never fail to put aside half of my salary for savings..

Proof is, dengan duit sendiri, i've been traveling here and there with friends thruout Malaysia. I saved for my trip to Sabah and i managed to keep up to 3k and return with a 1.5k balance, inclusive everything from hotel stay to food to entertainment!
See, aku shopping shopping jugak, but my head tetap function dgn eloknya..

Eh, tersasar dari tajuk laks...eheks..Kembali ke tajuk percutian..

Anywayyyyy.. of all the those i've listed, you guys noe what, i might go to not any..instead, i might menyimpang, buy tickets and fly to Dubai!!..ngeh ngeh ..kot kot, ada rezeki, boleh meet up dengan tak lain tak bukan, si blogger tegar dan kreatif yang bermastautin di Dubai, iaitu Saudara Audio! ahaks...i've interviewed my aunt who works in Jeddah and she complimented Dubai as one of the destination i should put in my list..There.

Hmm, come to think of it, i might just do that, jump right inside the aircraft and wewwww, off i go!! Good idea. Ok audio, jumpa bulan june..hahahaha!

and Ahmoi will excitedly say "ride on Pak Jenal yeah!!"

Penunggu dalam Rumah?

I was all alone since last Sunday till today. And i hate being alone, dead single in this huge crib.

During my first nite alone, i was about to go to sleep; when..i heard as if someone or something is trying to open my door. My door was lock, so you all tau kan mcm mana bunyi org yang tgh try bukak a locked door..or so i heard..'betul ke apa aku dengar ni?' masa tu radio aku tgh on, so mcm ye mcm tak je apa yang aku dengar...i jump off the bed to check, altho i was omg scared. I didnt dare go out of my room, so i stayed put and eventually, fell asleep..

The very next day, coming back from work, as usual, TV yang aku akan on dulu..tapi black screen..nothing appeared..i went 'aik?' only then i noticed the astro decoder was on clock mode!!..i was rather surprised if not stunt..aku terkedu sekejap ok..and why? sebab decoder itew tak pernah seumo idup diletak on clock mode..unless for upgrading purposes.. aku musykil. atau hanya mainan perasaan semata2?

Serious, aku jadi penasaran..'biar betik, did i press the red button last nite?...seperti tidak'.. aku mula terfikir semula kejadian mlm sebelumnya where i heard something or someone outside my room. Ah, tension sey bila semua ni masuk kepala aku...tetiba aku imagine ada org duduk kat attic rumah aku, tetiba aku imagine org tu will only appear bila semua dah tido..aaaaa tidakkkk!!

Human scare me more than ghosts do. Im not bragging but honestly, imagine what human can do to hurt other human being. Crime happens just about anytime, anywhere without you knowing it. Orang kata aku penakut, hell with it.. think people, with our world today, jgn terlalu angkuh kata tak takut walo sekelumit..even untuk menolong orang tayar pancit tepi jalan pun belum tentu aku nak tolong..sebab, NIAT, nawaitu mereka yang aku tak percaya..

To kill time, i kept myself busy cooking, and blogging. Lucky day time aku kerja, otherwise, mati kutu la kat rumah..petang pon busy with my students, so tak la terasa sgt.. Seriously, diberi pilihan, aku lebey rela berdepan dgn entiti lain daripada berdepan dgn manusia berhati busuk.. but touch wood lah kan...kita tak mintak.. ampun.

Sampai skrg, my mom dah balik from Kuching, the question as to why the decoder went on clock mode and whatever thing i heard that nite remains a mystery. haih..

Today's special

Yesterday was the butter chicken day. Today, i decided to go for Ayam Kurma pulak.

My "jeez-sgt-sedap-ayam-kurma"

I like ayam kurma to have slightly more kuah, so i improvised a bit by adding additional water, and of course salt to balance the taste. Kan ada certain people who likes their ayam kurma dry kan, im otherwise. Care to join me for dinner guys? (",)

Cerita Cintaku

On a different note, i met Cinta Hati last nite and had a small celebration for his belated birthday. I told cinta "im sorry, i did not get you any birthday present" *sambil mimik muka minta simpati..

Cinta went "Oh, sikpa..doesn't matter" along with his forever mencairkan sweet smile. But perhaps i did sense he was kinda sad i didnt even get him anything..

*dalam hati, hua hua hua.. ketap bibir menahan tetak.

"Help me take something inside the bag please" i ordered him..Wah, hitler jak bunyi. eheh.

Kerana sayang, dia turutkan jua..*zzretttttt -bunyi zip beg..
"Eh,what's this??" * His face turned sparkled. *nampak bintang menari2.
"ngeh ngeh ngeh..for you la congek, who else"

Sepenoh hati cinta menggoncang lembut kotak hadiah itew. "i open okey" and i nodded.

*Sesi mengoyak dan membuka hadiah..-- dialog dirahsiakan..hahahaha... saspen..

"Like it?? I love it!" Penoh semangat he replied..jiwa aku pun turut menjadi penoh dengan debunga salju cinta. Oh Oh.

That nite, i slept with a lovey dovey smile on my face...(",) Im so on cloud 9.

Thanks a bunch to Ida Athanazir's butter chicken recipe, i finally made one for dinner earlier on! Pergh, kecor-kecor air liur ku ditelan menunggu hidangan masak.

Pearl's first trial cooking butter chicken!

I didnt marinate it long enough tho, hence; the not so golden finish. And also, i didnt know the measurement for evaporated milk since Kak Ida did not state how many ml should be poured in, thus i opted to my all time cooking intuition, secukup rasa mengikut rasa hati. I waited for it to become slightly brownish and thick before tossing the fried chicken in it.

Other than the marinating mistake, everything else was perfecto. The taste was superyummyextradolicously dollycious! Finger lickin' good.. i'll be packing some to send over to Cinta Hati. Eheh.

My satisfaction you asked? Beyond 7 skies, beyond deep blue ocean

Butter Chicken

I've been searching for Butter Chicken recipe the past few days [or weeks] but to no avail. I've surfed tonnes of sites but still could not get the one i desire.

Have any you tried the Butter Chicken in Tun Jugah Food Gallery? [pic above] That's the one i'm trying to make. I typed butter chicken, chicken with butter sauce, butter sauce, ayam masak mentega, ayam masak majerin [duh] and what not but zero! None came even close like the one i ate in TJ..

Help me people..my taste buds are desiring for butter chicken and i'm dying to get the forever unknown recipe. *sobs sobs.. perturunkanlah ilmu dapur anda kepada saya. Just the recipe, that's all im asking for. i dont have that much money in my account, but u can have it all, i'll trade for it ..*spank spank* erm on second thought, maybe half, or quarter. hua hua..

If you dont mind my fellow blogger friends, help me find the recipe for Butter Chicken please? My life will be so doomed if i cant get my hands on a plate of Butter Chicken!
