Puasa kemana, Spa kemana

There goes my plan nak pergi spa tomorrow.. Baru ingat nak memanjakanikan diri, dahhh pulak bendera dot merah naik palang.. kang aku pergi jugak spa tu, mandi susu tak mandi susu dah, tapi mandi sirap strawberry. haih.. pelamin anganku musnah nak mempamperkan diri..

Anyway, aku nak share dengan korang masalah yang sering aku hadapi tiap kali bulan purnama menjelang.. when i say tiap kali, i literally mean tiap kali. It's called menstrual pain, or senggugut in traditional french. All the time wey sampaikan aku sendiri naik tak larat menahan sakit.. so, since aku ada la basic biology kan, meh aku share kenapa ada certain female mengidap menstrual pain tiap kali purnama merindu menjengah...

menstrual pain berlaku pada lower abdomen atau bawah pusat pabila purnama merindu bermula. Ini boleh berlanjutan sehingga 2-3 hari..in my case biasanya first and second day memang aku jadi tenggiling bergolong atas katil.. facts:-

• She started her first period at an early age (younger than 11 years). i had mine when i was 11 year old. hahaha masa tu serious menggeletar!
  
  
• Her menstrual periods last 5 days or longer. - tell me about it. orang lain period 3-4 hari, aku period tak sah kalau tak 7 hari..
  
  
• She is overweight or obese. - exception. aku slim river.
  
  
• She smokes cigarettes or uses alcohol. - exception. aku kategori pasif smoker.
  
  
• She has never been pregnant. - nga ha.. never but im ready. woot.
  

So, what are the causes? aaaa this should be the interesting part.. Menstrual pain is due to ;

Prostaglandins stimulate the uterine muscles to contract. Women with high levels of prostaglandin experience more intense contractions of their uterus and more pain. Prostaglandins may also be responsible for vomiting, diarrhea, and headaches that accompany painful periods.

--> vomiting, headaches and painful periods = this is so so true.. asal je purnama merindu, kepala aku sure rasa macam nak meletup.. minyak angin, minyak panas, waima minyak masak sekalipun tak jalan go head gostan nak legakan palotak aku..

bah, nak berkongsi lagi sebenarnya tapi dah tiba masa untuk berbuka puasa.. walopun aku tak posa, bukak posa tetap jalannnnnnnnnn... eheh. i'll come back.. laytaaaa
