Recipe as requested

Marble Choco Cheesecake

Bahan A

• 180 gram mentega
  
• 20 gram serbuk koko, diayak
• 170 gram gula kaster
• 3 biji telur
• 120 gram tepung naik sendiri, diayak
• 1 sudu teh baking powder, diayak

Bahan B

• 250 gram krim keju [i'd recommend Philadelphia c.cheese]
• 60 gram gula kaster
• 1 sudu teh esen vanilla
• 1 biji telur

Cara-caranya
1. Pukul butter and gula.
2. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji.
3. Masukkan tepung, serbuk koko dan baking powder yang telah di ayak. Gaul rata.
4. Di sebuah bekas yang lain, pukul kesemua bahan bahan B hingga kembang.
5. Tuang 1 bahagian adunan A kedalam loyang berukuran 7" dan ratakan. Kemudian tuangkan semua adunan bahan B. Ratakan permukaan loyang. [tips;gunakan sudu untuk membuat corak marble yang cantik]
6. Tuangkan baki adunan A.
7. Bakar di oven 160 deg C - selama 60 mins.
8. Setelah masak tunggu hingga betul betul sejuk sebelum dipotong dan hidang.

Note: Marble Chocolate Cheesecake juga boleh dikukus. Ia akan menghasilkan kek yang lebih moist (lembab) jika ia dikukus. This will take around 1hr 45 mins to 2 hours..

Those of you who prefer to kukus, do add additional self raising, [cukup2 rasalah] otherwise it might get a bit lembik. Nonetheless, kukus memang lagi sedap compare to bakar because it'll make the cake lagi lembut and smooth altho tidak bertahan lama, unlike dibakar..Another thing, 7" loyang tidak besar ok, so kalau family members tu ramai, you can always double the ingredients and use 9"/10" loyang.

"Cepatlah bang, dah tak tahan ni.." rengek sang isteri..
"Sabarlah yang, abang tengah nak buka la ni.." jwb sang suami lembut
"sikti lagi bang..oh sedap!" bersinar mata sang isteri..
"Abang tau, besar kan..?" lagi jwb sang suami lembut
"hmm..besar..nak pegang boleh tak bang?"...rayu sang isteri...
"peganglah..hati-hati sayang, tajam ni.." kata sang suami
"Aduh bang! sakit!" jerit sang isteri..
"kan abang dah kata, hati hati, buah durian ni tajam!"..lantas mengelap jari isteri yang luka..

....[tiada ekspresi] Nge.

Te he he.. hangpa ingat apa? Aku tau apa dlm minda korang ni haa..tak ckp pun aku tau korang tengah sengih sorang2 situ..

Sebenarnya, cerita di atas tiada kaitan dengan apa yang aku nak post..saja je, nak bagi Intro saspen. Pedulik la kalau tak menjadik. Aku punya blog.

At this point of writing, im still waiting patiently for my Marble Choco Cheesecake to masak. Straight after work earlier, i remp-it to town buying all the ingredients..semangat berlarva-larva nih [ke lava? haih] ..No reason, but i think, my love for baking has grown from just-wanna-try to really making it as one of my hobbies.

Unrelated story, i've photographed all my new baju kurungs/kebayas. Will post asap aight.

Tada! Next time i'll make the marble look better ok..Not bad for my first time baking choco cheesecake, kan people?

Updates from recent post.

I went today. Jumpa Masterholder Persatuan Guru Sarawak [STU].
Mr Goh Kaw Sze. Itu aku memorized dgn jayanya walaupun hanya sekali imbas melihat tag pada meja. Setengah jam aku dok sana, bicara dari hati ke hati soal ke-sangat-tidak-puasan-hati aku pasal diskriminasi status guru.

Hell yeah i was firm with him. Tak, tak sampai aku kurang ajau. Aku masih tau adab. Tapi setiap bibit2 ayat yang keluar dari bibir nipis Mr Goh, aku balas bersama hujah2 bernas. Justification. Frustration. Fairness. Motivation. Semua ni masuk.

Isolated case. Quantity does not make sense. No one will hear. It's like that. Pekeliling. No one can do anything..Were his words against mine..BIG no. You think i'd accept all these excuses? Mintak mahap. I explained nicely why this human made pekeliling can be changed; by voicing out, despite being minority. Sooner or later, akan di dengar jugak.. hopefully.

Eventually, he agreed to bring the matter forward to the board. Masuk meeting as one of the issue. Sangat saya berterima kasih kepada Mr Goh. Harap2, suara kecil saya ini akan di dengar dan mendapat pertimbangan sewajarnya dari pihak kementerian. Afterall, saya berbakti bukan untuk orang lain, tapi untuk anak bangsa generasi muda kita juga. Kan?

My unstabilized emotion is now stabilized . :-)

Time to take action

Few posts back, i wrote about my salary being cut off, not receiving bonus yada yada kan ... Now, read this post pulak.

Tak cukup lagi they [admin] torture us. Skrg, they haven't paid our salary. Did u know i went through Raya without sharing my bits for the house? Percaya tak if i say derang tak berhati perut, didnt pay our gaji sedangkan semua orang lain sudah terima on the 23rd? Dan skrg dah berapa haribulan? 5hb kan? Yes, 5th OCTOBER and pathetically belum bergaji!!.

I recalled one of the pekerja kat admin office said to me "Ktk keja, sik boh gilak bergaji, mintak jak duit mak bapak sia" -- [Palak ko berlubang]. Alrite alrite, in translation it means "Just work, you dont need to be paid, ask money from your parents lah" -- [Palak ko berlubang] <-- this one remains. U thought i'd keep quiet? Hell no. He's an elderly man, supposedly know much better, but if he was wise enough, he would not have uttered such stoopid disfunctional words. Screw that. Sarcastically i replied to his face " apalah guna kmk kerja mun sik di bayar gaji? Coba ktk rasa gak, sikboh lamak, sebulan sik terimak gaji, apa rasa ktk? Bok kmk maok dengar ktk akan madah 'sik boh bergaji gilak' atau sik .. it's my rights we're talking about here!". ["what's the point of working if im not gonna get paid? Why not u give it a try , not getting your salary, no, doesnt have to be long, a month is sufficient, i'd like to hear you say 'no need to be paid' or not!"]

He shuts his fat ass mouth and said nothing more.

I'm sick and tired being treated this way. So, tomorrow im going to meet a personnel from Persatuan Guru to make a complain. Stop me if you dare. If he wont help me, i'll go higher, and if that too does not work; Hishamudin, expect my letter to you. Jangan main2 sama i. It's good enough aku dah nak follow protocol, otherwise i would have just sent the letter straight to Pengarah Pendidikan!

I'm so seeking other jobs. Keep in mind, however angry i am with the new policy, I wont make my students become the victims by not teaching them, no i wont do that..but i guarantee u this, i will not want to have anything to do with school's side activities anymore. If i have to, just expect my name only lah, presence wise, jgn harap. Unless ko bayar untuk over time aku.

My day of the month is coming up, so understand why aku emo semacam.

Human Trafficking

As you're reading, i'm watching Human Trafficking by Hallmark. My god it's sickening.. The movie's about a syndicate luring ambitious young female teenagers, some abducted, some sold by their parents .... then were turned into sex slaves.. No exception from kids as young as 11 to someone's mother. I so believe this human trade still happens in our society. I mean how could they? How could they treat other human beings like this? damn those garbage maggots only deserved to be dead.

Jeez, let me just continue with my movie for now ok.. Emo aku tengok cerita nih..

First day raya was hectic, busy, hot. Nonetheless it was wonderful. Kek choco aku pun di jamu ramai jugak.. bangga, kemvang ivung sevangkuk.. keh keh keh..

First day raya pun never allow me untuk keluar visiting sebab friends come and go dari siang sampai lah ke malam. Min Yien, Sabrina and Leonora came by melawat. They all ajak me pergi 'berjarah' but aiyo saya sangat busylah sekalian amoi..kala malam bulan mengambang, saya sulah penat, ingat mau sui chiao saja..chung liang pun jgn tidak...

Today dah raya ke-tiga. Satu rumah kawan pun aku tak jalan lagik, bukan sombong...no no no. Only, semua geng aku kat sini, adalah non-muslim..iban, cina, bidayuh alahai takde muslim friends..If i do, they're either male friends or sudah balik kampung. Actually ako pon penat sey nak keluar.. layan tido felt more worth it at this time, penat!

Alrity people, i'll come back with next post. For now, i would like to have a short nap..tara!

I'm 25, and i'm still getting duit raya. Dont be fooled, despite only 3 packets, nilainya WOW! ok.. hehehe..such a lucky gal i'm the youngest in family i get to get the most. From mom, and both my brothers..in all, i dpt RM250 of duit raya...Kaya sekejap for a moment. He he he.. jgn jeles! Berapa korang dapat? Bagitau laaa...

My dearest nephew, Nabil Adam.. Such a doll isn't he?


We received scores of guests visiting sampai we all penat..tak larat betol..but it was fun! That, i will post in my second entry of Raya Part II alrite?
