My mom and i are usually off to work say around 6.35-640 am everyday. It was yesterday at that time mom first spotted her there but took no notice for Mom thought she'd KNOW how to climb back down. Unfortunately she doesn't. Hmm..
No wonder lah si kenit tu not at home during lunch time kelmarin. And the weather was incredibly super hot. I reached home near to 2pm and found it weird she was not by the door as she would usually be. (Before that, just so you know, my cat ni, tak bley tengok open doors, she'll bolos herself right in.) So, it's my routine kalau dia takde dpn pintu, it's time to search for her inside all the rooms you'd think she might be in. However, none. I went "Aik, mana si gendut ni" - well, that's what i call her sometimes) but since i had limited time, i took it she went visiting friends next door.
Came back about 530pm, Mom told me our little kitty is still on the rooftop and asked to go get the ladder. But silly Boolat memang clueless, ke dia tak paham sekejap mak aku cakap omputih, sekejap ckp bahasa sarawak dengan dia..mesti dia bengong "ape ke bendo tuan aku ni cakap, gilo po, mano aku nak pahem, aku ni kuceng..cis.."...aku bajet la dia miaw mcm tu kat mak aku.
Anyway, the rescue was a success..but not until i had to call the owner of the house, Uncle William and borrowed their longer ladder and i finally climbed it, to go get Boolat myself! Kesian kat si gendut, she was so hungry she ate the whole bowl of her dinner. Perhaps too tired of her day adventure, she slept like no one's business that night. Sayang kat engkau gendut, lain kali panjat la lagi k..muah!
